HELLO, I AM NAVYASRI PABBA,  INTERN 2k18 BATCH.  I AM HERE TO SHARE MY INTERNSHIP JOURNEY IN THE MEDICINE DEPARTMENT. FIRST AND FOREMOST, I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TO OUR RESPECTED HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (HOD), FACULTY, AND POST-GRADUATE SIRS AND MADAMS WHO GUIDED ME AT EVERY STEP, ENABLING ME TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE MY INTERNSHIP DESPITE ENCOUNTERING NUMEROUS CHALLENGES.
